Gig Stack ("Gig Stack," "we," "us") is an earnings-tracking application that helps gig workers log and review income from platforms like Instacart, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and Shipt. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or using Gig Stack, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Account information: the email address and password you use to sign up and log in.
• Earnings data: the amounts, dates, and gig platforms you log for yourself.
• Goal data: any income goals and date ranges you set.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as timestamps of activity, needed to keep your data in sync and secure.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and secure your account, and keep your data isolated from other users
• Display your earnings, charts, and progress toward your goals
• Maintain and improve the reliability of the app

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your earnings data for advertising.

Where Your Data Lives

Your account and earnings data are stored using Supabase, a third-party backend provider, with row-level security so that only you can access your own log entries. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account and earnings data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the email below and we'll process the request within a reasonable time.

Your Choices

• You can edit or delete individual earnings entries at any time within the app.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Gig Stack is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top of this page.
