Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gig Stack (the "App"), an earnings-tracking tool for gig workers. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
• You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Gig Stack.
• Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the earnings data you log in the App. By using Gig Stack, you grant us permission to store, process, and display that data back to you.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Gig Stack is a personal tracking tool, not an official record of your earnings for tax, legal, or employment purposes.

No Financial Advice

Charts, goals, and totals shown in the App are for informational purposes based on the data you enter. Consult a qualified professional for tax and financial decisions related to your gig income.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its underlying systems
• Reverse engineer or copy the App's functionality for a competing product
• Use automated means to scrape or bulk-extract data from the App

Availability

Gig Stack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to keep the App running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gig Stack and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss, inaccurate totals, or reliance on the App for financial decisions.

Termination

You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
